Welcome to "Go Rent Me", a mobile application that connects tenants and landlords for property rental purposes. By using our App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the App to:

• post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• post or transmit any content that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• post or transmit any content that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other harmful or destructive software;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App;
• violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the property of "Go Rent Me" or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the App or its content in any way without the prior written consent of "Go Rent Me".

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. "Go Rent Me" makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App. "Go Rent Me" does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and "Go Rent Me" will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability

"Go Rent Me" will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold "Go Rent Me" and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Canadian Arbitration Association.
